Nanakuli is underrated, change my mind

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. You can expect to pay around $1,671 for rent here. Median household income is $81,493, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much reasonable but now it's hit or miss.

Moved here from Dallas about 9 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to housing market but Hope this helps!.
