Quick question about Nanakuli

So, Rent is about $1,671/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,671 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Pine Hills. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in engineering. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
