Nanticoke is underrated, change my mind

Random thought, I've been here for 20 years and The median home value here is around $103,800, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 5.2%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $103,800 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Used to live on the Pine Hills side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
