Is Nantucket worth it salary-wise?

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $1,359,200, which is pretty steep. With a population of 10,837, Nantucket is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 9 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
