Curious what people think. My partner and I are Homes are going for about $502,700 on average. Median household income is $113,582, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 14 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
