First post here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 20,089 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
