Rent prices in Napa getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Napa? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $2165 for a 2BR/2BA which feels like a lot.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

The food scene here is seriously underrated. So many great restaurants.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

As someone who moved here from Philadelphia, I can confirm most of this. The cost of living surprised me the most.
