What to expect moving to Napa?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in marketing and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $824,500, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.
