I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $509,900 on average. The median home value here is around $509,900, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.
