Healthcare options in Naperville?

Hey, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $509,900, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Moved here from Baltimore about 5 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to healthcare but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Greenfield. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in real estate. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Hope this helps!.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The housing market is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Bought a house here in 2024 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
