Co-working spaces in Napili-Honokowai?

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $775,500, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
