What's it really like living in Napili-Honokowai?

Hi all, Household incomes average around $102,337 in Napili-Honokowai. Homes are going for about $775,500 on average. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've lived in The Heights for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Active local events and festivals
- The community vibe scene is improving

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
