Crime rate is something to consider -Naples sits at 49.2 per 100K. Homes are going for about $1,254,200 on average. Household incomes average around $140,833 in Naples. It's a a small town city with about 19,421 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
