The good and bad of living in Naples

Hey folks, I work in retail and Rent is about $1,968/month for a decent place. With a population of 19,421, Naples is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Naples? TIA!

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Oak Park area are challenging. Kids love it here.
