Alright, Median household income is $42,500, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
