Life in Naranja as a young professional

Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 3 months ago and Poverty rate is 25.5%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 14,610, Naranja is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Pittsburgh about 11 years ago. The main reasons were weather and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are manageable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
