Best hidden gems in Nashua

I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $92,457 in Nashua. Homes are going for about $373,100 on average. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Lots of new development
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Sprawl everywhere
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Limited cultural events

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Old Town. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Korean.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
