Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Nashua sits at 144.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $373,100 on average. The median home value here is around $373,100, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.
I've been here 4 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Happy to answer more specific questions..
