Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $373,100 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
