Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $92,457, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 91,131 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
