Nashua is underrated, change my mind

OK so My partner and I are Rent is about $1,652/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Atlanta about 13 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Decent public transit for the size
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are stable, gas is underrated.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
