Housing in Nashville-Davidson compared to Baltimore

You can expect to pay around $1,486 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 14 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the East side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
