Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from New York and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -National City sits at 589.1 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
