Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -National City sits at 589.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $580,900 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
