National City in the winter -how bad?

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $64,248 in National City. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
