My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,988 people. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Navarre sits at 340.0 per 100K. Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
