Just moved to Navarre, any tips?
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,988 people. The median home value here is around $352,300, which seems about average. Median household income is $98,522, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Navarre sits at 340.0 per 100K. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
