What Navarre does better than anywhere else

Random thought, You can expect to pay around $1,797 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 38,988, Navarre is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Good schools
- Strong sense of community
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Limited dining options
- Far from major airports
- Homelessness issues downtown
There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
