Best neighborhoods to rent in Navassa?

Longtime lurker here, Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
