Job market in Navesink for tech?

Alright, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $695,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Navesink sits at 138.1 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 3 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Oak Park side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
