Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $236,900, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $57,551 in Nazareth. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
