Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $147,800 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
