Commute times in Nekoosa -how bad?

First post here. You can expect to pay around $660 for rent here. The median home value here is around $112,900, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
