Is it worth buying in Neosho?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $55,159 in Neosho. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $737 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Nice parks and trails
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Poor road conditions
- Limited cultural events
Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
