Hey, The median home value here is around $636,200, which is pretty steep. With a population of 5,403, Neshanic Station is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Meadowbrook. It's decent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in government you might struggle.
People: Generally tough. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.
Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Old Town. It's pretty good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in construction you might struggle.
People: Generally excellent. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Italian.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'm a chef and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cultural scene is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The safety is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
