Best and worst neighborhoods in Ness City

I've been here for 13 years and It's a a small town city with about 1,136 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Westside. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in legal. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

No regrets on my end..

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
