We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 10,524 people. With a population of 10,524, New Albany is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
