OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,085/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
