Cheapest neighborhoods in New Berlin?

Hey, I've been here for 12 years and Rent is about $1,409/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,409 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The job market is genuinely underrated and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Springfield) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Charlotte, be prepared for the culture shock. school system is completely different here. And Winters are long and cold.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
