Co-working spaces in New Britain?

The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value public transit, you'll love it. The safety is genuinely underrated and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (Lakewood) is established and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. food scene is completely different here. And Winters are long and cold.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The cost of living is genuinely pretty good and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. My neighborhood (North) is growing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. weather is completely different here. And Not very walkable outside downtown.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Italian places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
