Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $60,248, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $316,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 25.4%, which is higher than I expected. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
