New Castle job market vs Nashville

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 4,878 people. The median home value here is around $488,600, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The school system is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
