Housing in New City compared to St. Louis

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 34,133, New City is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
