Top 5 things I love about New City

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 34,133, New City is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned?

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.

Bought a house here in 2023 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
