How much do you pay for rent in New Franklin?

Anyone else feel this way? I work in government and Household incomes average around $53,056 in New Franklin. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I work in construction here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is average. Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Came here for school and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The pet-friendliness is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 1 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
