New Franklin vs Charlotte -which is better?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Bought a house here in 2017 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Moved here from San Diego about 11 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to cultural scene but Definitely worth checking out..

I work in manufacturing here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
