Studio apartments in New Freedom -options?

Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,519/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $109,894, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Strong sense of community
- Active local events

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Far from major airports
