First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -New Glarus sits at 91.5 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
