Internet providers in New Hartford?

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Household incomes average around $80,733 in New Hartford. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
