I'm a 52-year-old data analyst and Poverty rate is 18.3%, which is higher than I expected. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

**What I love:**
1. Nice parks and green spaces
2. Close to major attractions
3. Affordable housing options
